CELL PHONES


To create a serene atmosphere, please speak quietly and cell phones are not permitted.



A CREDIT CARD RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL MASSAGE APPOINTMENTS AND SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS


Nothing is charged until the service appointment is completed. All credit card information is kept confidential and secure and no one has access to it, except the Manager.



CANCELLATIONS


We aim to serve you on time. Our staff gets booked quickly and also accepts walk-ins. Because time is very valuable, we have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. All cancellations within less than 24 hours or No-Shows will be charged 50% of the price of the service scheduled.



GRATUITIES


Gratuities are not included in services, but are greatly appreciated in the form of cash or check. As a simple guideline, 15-20% tip is customary, but, of course, always left to your descretion. For your convenience, tip envelopes are located at the front desk.



RETURN POLICY


We accept merchandise returns for Exchange or Credit Only, with a Receipt up to ten (10) business days from the date of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS. We have a 15% restocking fee on all haircare, skincare and make-up products.



SPECIAL EVENTS/PRIVATE PARTIES


We will guide you through the entire process, leaving no detail overlooked. Your event will be, not only, fun, but memorable.
